Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total.

The cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Our goal is always to provide excellent customer service and to respect your time and ours. We understand that life happens and will always make reasonable allowances for emergencies. For your convenience, we provide reminder emails and texts prior to your visit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and the balance must be paid before rebooking.

Late Policy:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment for a later date. This ensures that we can give each guest the attention and care they deserve.
